  1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 
  2. Click on the Upload/Change RICA documents button in the green notification box on the dashboard. 
     
  3. Complete the required fields and upload a copy of the representative's ID document.
    • A list of RICA documents: We require an ID Copy and Proof of Address to successfully RICA an account.
    • Required fields: Your name as stated on your ID, ID Number, Address, Company Name and Company Address.
    • Our team will email if your RICA application has been rejected, for a reason.
  4. Your documents will be sent to our accounts department for review, and you will receive an email notifying you if your RICA documents have been approved or rejected. If your RICA documents are in order, you will see the following notification on the dashboard when you log on to your Euphoria TMS.
