- Dial *31 from your phone.
- Follow the voice prompt and record the message. (This recording will now automatically be uploaded to your Media Manager in the TMS, where it can be assigned to where you want it to be.
- Depending on your extension type, you will have access to the PBX Manager Menu item and can find the recording under "Voice Recordings".
- Take note of the time and date you do the recording, as the recording will be named with a time and date stamp.)
