METHOD 1
- Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
- Choose the correct account
- Click on the Help & Support menu item in the TMS.
- Click on the Help & Support sub-menu item.
- Click on the “View Forum” button. (This will open the support portal - in this case, Freshdesk.)
- Click on the “Solutions” option at the top of the screen.
