Agent Workspace
1. Log on to TMS.TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the extension account.
3. Click on the Agent menu item.
4. Click on the Agent Workspace sub-menu item.
5. Click on the red icon next to the Use WebRTC.
Note: A pop-up will appear asking you to install the external client.
6. Click the highlighted Setup-ExternalPhoneClient. This will download the application to be installed.
7. Once downloaded, open the application and click on Install.
8. Once the installation is complete, Click the It’s Running, retry Button.
Note: A pop-up will open in the corner of your screen, showing that the external client has been installed successfully.
